As owner of all services of this website and responsible for computer files derived from it, YOUNITI SL ensures integrity and full compliance with the obligations under the Organic Law 15/1999 of 13 December on the Protection of Personal Data, as well as those contained in the implementing regulations, approved by Royal Decree 1720/2007 of 21 December (here in after the Act and RLOPD) and other applicable regulations.

1 - The non-personal information

Enrollment in the course site is free but it requires your personal data such as name, age, sex, e-mail or country of residence. Becoming a member will allow you to post comments on the races you participated to, as well as upload photos or follow the news on the Website.

The Website uses a cookie which contains your personal data. This cookie will make it easier to navigate on Best-triathlon (no need to login every visit, for example). It also allowes us to monitorize your visit on the site, and analyze the habits and behaviors of users. This analysis will give us accurate directions to improve and adapt our services.

3 - Cancellation of your Profile

Users have and may exercise their rights of access, cancellation, rectification and opposition to their personal data.

At any time, you can delete your profile from our database. To do this, simply write to cancel@best-triathlon.com.

In our registration form, however, we ask if you agree to receive informational emails, whether commercial or not. We limit as much as posible sending messages to our members and we try to send only the most pertinent information. It is always possible to enable or disable this feature through your online profile.

YOUNITI, SL, under Law 34/2002, of July 11, Services Information Society and Electronic Commerce, won’t send advertising and communications for the purpose of sale or other commercial users without prior request or consent of the user. It won’t send unsolicited messages or prior consent nor send chain emails not previously requested or consented.

5 - Transfer of data to third

A) Often we must look to external partners to help us improving the Website. These third parties may have access to your personal data during the course of their work, but they are required to sign a confidentiality prior, respect and non-use of such data.
